The liquid level transmitter in the distillation tower shows negative pressure; it cannot be returned to zero using 375. The value remains unchanged even after the transmitter is removed. It’s a Rosemount transmitter with a range of 0–6.4 KPA, and 375 indicates that the value is outside this range, preventing it from being reset. What should be done?
Personally, I think it’s a problem with the voice changer; try replacing it with another one.....
Level out the positive and negative diaphragms of the transmitter that has been taken offline and reset it
If you have your own equipment, test it yourself, and then try zeroing out the positive and negative pressure chambers by connecting them to atmospheric pressure
The gauge is broken; check whether the diaphragms on both sides are damaged and replace them with new ones
New table? If the measurement range on the gauge is 0~6.4 kPa, then migration hasn’t occurred, right? Try placing the two flanges on the same level and see if the displayed value is the drift value of the gauge head If it doesn’t work, it has to be sent back to the factory for repair
