For -99.8 KPa, a pressure transmitter or gauge will suffice; just keep using the vacuum pump to draw air out. At such a pressure level, it’s already a complete vacuum, so there’s no need for any further control regarding pressure – keep pumping away. -0.2kpa~~~ You can handle it by yourself
