Causes of faults in Siemens valve positioners

I have a Siemens valve positioner. When the equipment is operating normally, the valve opening is around 62%. Suddenly, it slowly closed to 1%, but the control valve did not move; then it gradually returned to 62%. Once the opening exceeded 62%, the valve did start to move. Before reaching 62%, a character “ㄣ1” flashed on the positioner’s display. I’m not sure what the cause of this is; does anyone know? Thanks
Check if the voltage has dropped or if the DCS load is too high
The symbol ㄣ1 indicates a feedback error alarm, which occurs when the set valve position does not match the actual valve position. Based on what you’ve described, it seems to be a problem with the actuator; replace the actuator
In summary, check again whether the air supply pressure is stable
Check the air supply, and also check whether the feedback rod is secure
It seems there’s a problem with the feedback sensor
