What is the purpose of the nitrogen pipeline shown in the diagram? What is this N2 blanketing line for, and what does the instrument FO on that line indicate? I hope someone experienced can give me some advice
Throttling orifice plate: A throttling orifice plate is used in place of a control valve to regulate the N2 flow rate or reduce pressure
The nitrogen pipeline is used for nitrogen sealing to prevent the material from oxidizing; FO is a flow control orifice plate designed to regulate the nitrogen flow rate and pressure

I largely agree with the view from the 5th floor; for flammable, explosive, and toxic substances, nitrogen sealing can prevent the material from evaporating. FO refers to the flow-limiting orifice plate, while FE is the orifice plate used for measurement!
It must be a flow-limiting orifice plate used for reducing pressure
