Electrodynamic eddy currents are generally adjusted by voltage; -10VDC is sufficient; For magnetoresistive types, it is necessary to refer to the manufacturer’s instructions; for example, in the case of Woodward: the gap between the MPU and the teeth of the flywheel disk is usually between 0.25 and 1.02 mm. If the gap cannot be measured directly, the sensor can be screwed in fully until it presses against the flywheel disc, and then withdrawn to an appropriate value.
