How should a single-chamber balanced vessel for a boiler’s steam drum be tuned? ?

Before putting it into use, check that the pressure measuring tubes are installed correctly; fill both the positive-pressure and negative-pressure measurement circuits with deionized water, zero the readings, and then start using it. However, the displayed water level is always 100+ units different from that of the dual-color water gauge, and the readings from the two balance tanks also differ. After steam is generated in the drum, positive pressure is applied for drainage, allowing the steam to condense naturally; this results in a larger deviation. The readings of the two balance vessels still differ by 80+ units. There is no HART protocol-compatible signal generator on site, and the measuring instruments are Hydran. I checked a lot of information, but nothing worked. I’m asking those who have experienced debugging balanced containers to explain the process in detail; I would be extremely grateful! ! !
