The flow meter has suddenly shown a negative reading; it is currently operating at this negative level and cannot be disassembled for inspection. I would like to know what could be the reasons for this. The medium in question has high viscosity due to its high molecular weight – please help analyze this situation. Thank you

Is the pressure guide tube filled with isolation fluid? This way, it’s not easy to get clogged, unless the isolation fluid is drained.

There is a valve that allows direct access to check whether the double flanges are blocked or damaged, as well as to verify the zero point and ensure that the double flanges are in good condition. If the double flanges are fine, then that’s a problem. In addition, it is also necessary to check for any effects caused by issues such as bubbles or other imperfections within the tube.
Does operation at sub-zero temperatures change with flow rate?
