50% issue with the interface meter

I would like to ask about the measurement interface of float level gauges – how is 50% calculated? 0% and 100% are understandable.
The lowest assumption is 50 KPA, and the highest assumption is 100 KPa; therefore, 50% is 75 KPA

Is what was said on the first floor correct? I feel like something isn’t quite right
Pressure such as that on buoys doesn’t matter; it’s buoyancy that counts. During measurement with a level float: the instrument outputs 0 when the tank is completely filled with a light medium, and it outputs 100 when the tank is completely filled with a heavy medium. You can calculate the values in between on your own. I recommend a book titled “Collection of Questions for Instrument Technicians”
