What are the reasons for the periodic fluctuations in the Coriolis flowmeter, when the medium is water-coal slurry?
Installation requirements: 10D in advance and 5D afterward; install horizontally, taking material deposition into consideration.
If there are any fluctuations, which may not necessarily be related to the gauge itself, and if you suspect a problem with the flow meter, first cut off the power and flush it, then measure the ground resistance; only if a problem is detected should you adjust the parameters
There is air in the pipeline, or there are high-power electrical appliances operating nearby
1. The coal slurry flow meter should be installed vertically on the pipeline as much as possible. 2. It is best to attach a curve graph to facilitate analyzing the causes of the problem. 3. Is it the fluctuation of a single gauge or all 3 gauges together? The normal flow rate of water-coal slurry is 3 or 24. Did this problem occur right from the start of operation, or did it happen more recently?
