1. Which manufacturers are good at producing domestic vibration sensors and vibration transmitters? 2. May I ask whether for large-scale vibration devices such as compressors, the sensor + frame transmitter approach is used, or the integrated vibration transmitter approach? What about the vibration of the single-pump?
Vibration is set a bit higher for Zhuzhou AVIC, Shanghai Anuo, and Guangzhou Jingxin. It is recommended to go with a split-type design; it’s not complicated at all. It rarely breaks when done right from the start. The integrated type is used in areas with low ambient temperatures.
I’m not sure which domestic brands are the best either; even if I used them, they would be just low-quality devices, and they’re only for reference purposes
For large-scale units, what I usually see are sensors combined with frame-mounted transmitters; integrated transmitters are hardly ever seen. It’s rare to find pumps that come equipped with vibration detection features, unless it’s a very important pump – in those cases, it’s still sensors combined with frame-mounted transmitters
Domestically produced eddy current sensors have relatively poor accuracy; it is still recommended to use Bentley’s ones. For large units, it is recommended to use Bentley 3500. There are many domestic manufacturers of vibration measurement instruments in our city, such as Jiangyin Zhonghe and Jiangyin Sanyi, among others

The mainstream vibration sensor is the eddy current type
