Is it possible to divide a dry contact signal in two?

There are operation signals from the centrifugal fans at the site that have been fed into the SIS. Now, without affecting the SIS, I want to connect these operation signals to the DCS – can they be connected directly? The card connectors on both sides are passive dry contact inputs. If it can’t be combined, how can it be achieved? Can it be output through a relay? Or some other method. Those who have done it can analyze it?

It is recommended to use relays to connect the signals to the DCS and SIS systems separately.
The standard practice is to send the fan operation signal to the SIS first, and then from there to the DCS via DO.
Then we will need to modify the SIS configuration, and it will also require 1 DO point; please have my manager make a decision.
A safety barrier is one input and two outputs. That’s exactly how we use it.
