Polaro I/A’s DCS system

I’ve seen quite a few; most of them are DCS systems like Zhongkong and Henghe. It seems that Boro’ s DCS system has seen a significant decline in recent years. Are there any friends who use Boro’ s DCS system? Please come and share your experiences

After being acquired by Schneider, it seems to have lost its momentum as well. The main market for pineapples is in the power industry, but almost all of that market is occupied by Emerson Ovation and Hollyland. With the rise of Zhejiang Zhongkong and HollySys, Pineapple is practically doomed.

When I first started working with DCS, the company arranged for me to spend a few days learning FOXBORO I/A 50. At that time, we were part of the installation team and didn’t have the opportunity to delve deeply into its usage. Later on, I worked with systems such as Yokogawa CS3000, Zhongkong ECS700, Siemens PCS7, as well as the S7300 PLC; in essence, I have used or maintained almost every type of software (with less focus on development and more on maintenance). I haven’t been on the front line for a few years now, so I’m pretty unfamiliar with it all.
We use FOXBORO
We also have an IA system here; it’s currently IA8.7, but the difference isn’t significant. The stability is very good, but the compatibility is average.
Foxboro I/A + Tricon should be a great combination. Does the DCS at CNOOC’s Huizhou refinery use Foxboro?
Huizhou Refinery does indeed use the BORO system
We’re also using Pololu; it’s stable, and we’ve been using it ever since. I’m already *used to it
Foxboro, now known as Schneider, seems to be facing difficulties in the fields of power plants and chemicals regarding DCS; are they now using products from Triconex for their SIS systems?
