Are there any friends who are familiar with hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate? It is now necessary to measure the liquid level of these two substances in a vacuum environment. A magnetic flap level gauge is intended to be used, but since these substances tend to aggregate on their own, there is concern that the float might get stuck.
A double-flange level transmitter, or a radar level gauge, can also be installed in a side-mounted configuration: a vertical pipe is installed on the side, with the radar level gauge placed at the top of that pipe. Alternatively, a pipe can be installed on the side to insert a magnetostrictive level gauge; however, if the substance formed as a result of self-polymerization has high viscosity and adheres to the rod, it may cause the float to get stuck, in which case this method cannot be used.
