What is the difference between contact and non-contact ultrasonic level switches? Does anyone know the differences between these two and their respective areas of application? Could you please explain it? Thank you!
Isn’t an ultrasonic level switch a type of non-contact level switch? How can there still be contact type?
Contact means direct contact with the medium, and holes need to be made; non-contact means no contact with the medium, such as making measurements by attaching it directly to the tank wall, without the need for holes.
