Any tank scale is equipped with inlet and outlet pipes, and if these pipes are not installed properly, they may exert force on the tank, either pushing or pulling it, thereby causing weighing errors. This situation should be avoided as much as possible in pipeline design. The following guidelines should be followed when designing pipeline systems: 1. All pipes connected to the tank should be laid horizontally to prevent the tank from being suspended due to the pipes. 2. Minimize the deflection of the tank scale support structure in order to reduce variations in pipeline deflection. 3. The first connection support point of the pipeline should be placed as far away from the tank as possible, as this increases the flexibility of the pipeline. As long as the process requirements are met, the smaller the diameter of the pipe, the better; the lighter the specifications of the pipe, the better, as this also increases its elasticity. 4.
