I would like to ask everyone**: why is it required that the spring openings in diaphragm actuators be identical? Is there any explanation for this? Will it have an impact on the diaphragm if the opening directions are not all the same?
Your question really troubles me. Although I have disassembled it before, I didn’t pay attention to the issue of the bevels on the spring. I think at least the bevel on the side where the spring comes into contact with the diaphragm should be on the diaphragm’s side; when the diaphragm moves up and down, there is friction between it and the spring, and over time this can lead to wear and damage. As for the other side, I don’t think there are any specific requirements – the bevel there should also face outward, with the main purpose being to ensure that the spring remains upright and does not tilt. Without any external forces acting on it, I’m not sure if what I’m saying is correct
