Asking the experienced driver for time off. What’s the use of these two reversals?

It would be good if this graph had a left side; it’s incomplete and difficult to analyze

What is the function of a inverter? Doing it backwards twice means there’s no transformation at all, right?
This post was last edited by pcdhacker on 2018-8-22 07:27. After selecting the lower option, it’s an AO reversal; it’s probably just a matter of how those who work with logic understand it. Once you understand the actual logical relationship of the valves, there is no need to configure any reverse functions. Inverted, understood in terms of AO, it means that 4-20mA corresponds to 100-0

I took a look at it; I’m not very familiar with the manufacturing process, but I think the PID value below should have an inverse effect, and the “invert” option after A/M should be removed – that’s how I usually do it. I don’t quite understand why it has to be designed this way in the diagram, but since PID operates in a positive manner, two inversions combined with FO are needed to ensure that the entire loop functions as negative feedback; perhaps this approach is taken so that the valve position display matches the signal value. .
