Should standard macros or other macros be used to control motors with ABB frequency converters?

User macros, torque control macros, PID control macros, manual/automatic macros, electric potentiometer macros, alternating current macros, 3-wire macros – how are these all explained? If another macro is selected, which parameters need to be changed?
You need to look at the specific circuit diagram; different macros correspond to circuits with different functions, and it’s not possible to explain this in just one or two sentences. Just check the frequency converter manual
If there are no special requirements, it’s better to choose the standard one. Systems like PID are used only when there are no other control systems available to regulate the frequency converter, and when it is necessary to use the frequency converter itself for regulation; it depends on whether you need it or not.
