First domestically produced hydrogen metering device successfully approved in Liaoning Our newspaper reports that recently, a domestically manufactured calibration device for 70-megapascal compressed hydrogen refueling stations with straight-tube design was approved at the Tianyuan Comprehensive Energy Station in Dalian, Liaoning. This is the first domestically produced hydrogen metering device of its kind.   Developed by the Metrology Institute of Dalian Inspection, Testing and Certification Group, this device features a calibration process compatible with both 35 megapascals and 70 megapascals of pressure. While meeting the normal filling requirements for hydrogen refueling units, it also monitors in real time data such as the temperature and pressure of on-board gas cylinders; it represents a milestone product in the field of specialized metrological instruments for hydrogen energy.   Tianyuan Comprehensive Energy Station is the only hydrogen refueling station in Dalian city, responsible for filling hydrogen tanks for hydrogen-powered buses in Dalian. The inspector initiated the calibration procedure at that station; after 3 rounds of calibration, the metering error of the hydrogenation unit was within the acceptable range, indicating that the equipment passed the acceptance test.
