When filling out the instrument data sheet, how should the “accuracy” field be filled in? Is there any basis for this?
It depends on your processing requirements, specifically the tolerance requirements

As I recall, the on-site rating is usually 0.5 level； Remote transmission meters are mostly of grade 0.2
Did you not make any corresponding requests to the manufacturer when purchasing the instrument?
Select the instrument that meets the measurement requirements based on the measured maximum allowable relative error. For example, if the maximum allowable relative error is 0.006, then a meter with an accuracy class of 0.5 should be selected.
Different instrument types have different accuracy grades; depending on the measurement requirements, instruments with appropriate accuracy grades are selected.
