The 3051 displays garbled characters; are all the characters fully lit?

Is the loop current correct? It’s possible it’s just a problem with the display module
Hello, the loop current is incorrect; it always stays at a maximum of 20mA.
Is it probably a motherboard issue? I’ll have to try with a different motherboard; it seems I’ve never seen any issues with the power supply modules of this model other than overvoltage or water damage
It’s a question no one knows the answer to. . . You are the one who found the person in charge of developing the instrument; explain it to him, and even then it will be difficult for him to determine where the fault lies. Take it back to the factory for repairs. :lol.
Take the modules from other transmitters and try them out, using the elimination method. Anyway, these transmitters are modular, making them easy to disassemble
This situation is usually caused by a motherboard failure; you can try turning off the power and restarting it, but if that doesn’t work, the motherboard will need to be replaced.
The motherboard is faulty; it’s better to send it to the factory for repair since it’s not even within the warranty period~
It might be that the power connection is loose; try reconnecting the power cable. Or try a different power supply. Anyway, there are only two possible explanations for this issue: either there is a problem with the power supply, such as an improper connection or instability… or there is an improper connection or malfunction in the hardware of the instrument
