Brands of oil water content analyzers

The oil we purchase is a light oil, with most of it having a density of less than 0.9. We now want to install an online water analyzer at the unloading point in order to measure the water content in the crude oil. Do any of you have any recommendations for brands that have been used in this purpose?
Previously, there was a company in Canada named Delta C that produced online water-in-oil analyzers which could be installed directly on pipelines.
