Upon the arrival of the equipment, an unpacking inspection is carried out jointly by the owner (preferably a relevant technician), the supplier, the construction party, the supervision company, and on-site representatives from the materials department. An external inspection is conducted to check the name, specifications, quantity, and condition of the equipment, with detailed records being kept. 1. Preparation work: shipping list, technical agreement (or supply contract), and identification of the personnel responsible for unpacking along with the necessary tools. 2. When opening the box, use appropriate tools; avoid harsh knocking or pounding to prevent damage to the equipment. Extra care should be taken to protect boxes that contain precision equipment. 3. Electrical and instrumentation equipment and accessories shall be inspected together with electrical and instrumentation professionals before being handed over to them for storage. 4. Thoroughly count and inspect spare parts supplied randomly, and store and use them properly. 5. If damage to the equipment is detected upon unboxing, or if quality defects are found during subsequent installation, it is necessary to promptly examine the situation together with the supplier’s representative and discuss appropriate actions to take. 6. The instruction manuals and related materials for the randomly assigned equipment should be properly kept for future installation and debugging purposes, and a record should be maintained. 7. The technical documents shall be verified in accordance with what is specified in the technical agreement; in particular, for imported equipment and accessories, customs declarations and certificates of origin (or certificates issued by local chambers of commerce) are required ； For easy archiving, the supplier is required to provide a bound volume of technical documents, along with a document index for reference.
