Both the on-site gauge and the glass panel indicate no liquid level, while the DCS shows 1 percent – how can this 1 percent value be eliminated? .
The process has to be carried out; can this migration be done?
The host computer executes a 1% execution.
The instrument is the lower-level device, while the DCS is the upper-level device. The instrument reading is 0, while the DCS reading is not 0 – it’s 1%. It seems that this is a DCS card that has experienced upward drift! So, setting the DCS to zero is the simplest way, haha. Additionally, in such complex situations, the only option is to reduce the output signal of the instrument by 1% to make it work. :Lol, just as a formality, in response to the calls of the Party and ** to build a society that practices conservation, it’s best to do things in the simplest way possible – that’s what makes one a good Party member, right? ........ :lol
First, measure the 4-20mA signal; if the deviation from the actual value is not significant, the DCS can be used to perform small-signal rejection. If the deviation from the DCS value is not significant, then the field equipment can be used for small-signal rejection or the 4-20mA signal can be calibrated
Check whether the output of the level gauge is 4 mA; if it is higher, adjust it accordingly or zero it out
