Seeking help: There are two scale units on site; after they are started, no flow rate is displayed or the flow rate is very low (the frequency converter operates at a fixed frequency, ensuring uniform material discharge). It has been checked that the weighing main unit can detect the weight of the hopper, and the millivolt voltages of the three weighing sensors are equal
The millivolt voltages of the three load cells are equal; calculate the difference from the actual weight. There might be a problem with the calculation unit or the wiring, so check that first
The flow rate should be calculated based on weight; first, check whether the weighing is accurate. If it is accurate, then the issue lies in the settings of the controller or similar devices, resulting in an incorrect flow rate.
