Urgent help! I have a Rosemount transmitter with an FF bus – how do I calibrate it?

Currently, the tools at hand are only 475 (without FF), a Hart MODEM, and a computer – so how can I operate these Rosemount transmitters with FF bus for zeroing and full-scale adjustment?
Without an FF handheld, there are mechanical zeroing and range adjustment knobs on the gauge, right?
Rosemont doesn’t have one, I know Yokogawa does

I have a question: it is said that an internal upgrade to the Fisher locator has made it impossible to calibrate the valve locator using the previous 475 controllers; only the latest Trex controllers can be used, is that correct?
To enable the FF function on the 475 controller, an additional purchase is required; it seems to cost around ten thousand yuan. Could I remove the FF module, replace it with a current sensing module, adjust everything properly, and then put the FF module back in again?
Fisher’s new DVC6200 series – the previous 475 model cannot be debugged, as Fisher has upgraded its software version, and the previous 475 model doesn’t have the corresponding files. Currently, only Emerson’s TREX can be properly debugged, and it has to be a recently purchased unit. Because Emerson has ceased the related services for 475, 475 has been taken off the market and production of it has stopped.
The FF protocol does not have an on-site button, nor is it possible to replace the circuit board for debugging as you mentioned; debugging can only be done through a handheld controller

50,000 isn’t considered expensive. After obtaining the Trex, it needs to be registered and activated, after which it can be connected to the internet for updates and upgrades. If it cannot be debugged, trying an update or upgrade might help
