I would like to know the comparison in terms of service life and stability among the four DCS control systems: ABB, Honeywell, LSIT, and Zhejiang Xinhua
Zhejiang Xinhua? The new 800XA models from Shanghai Xinhua, GE Xinhua, and ABB are generally considered very difficult to use, as they require high levels of skill from maintenance personnel. Rather than importing a DCS and choosing ABB, it’s better to opt for Yokogawa and Emerson. For power plant projects, either Hollyland or Xinhua can be chosen. For chemical projects, it is recommended to choose Zhejiang Zhongkong instead of Xinhua.

I basically agree with the view expressed on the third floor; I’m not trying to support any particular company. I’ve worked with imported DCS systems such as Honeywell’s TPS and PKS, Yokogawa’s CS3000, and Emerson’s DeltaV, as well as domestic systems from companies like HollySys, Shanghai Xinhua, and Zhejiang Zhongkong. Personally, I think the imported Emerson DeltaV is the best option. Of course, most of my colleagues say that the Yokogawa CS3000 is also very user-friendly. In fact, these are two different fields: those with a background in computer science find DeltaV to be easier to understand, while those from the instrumentation field prefer Yokogawa’s systems. Domestic brands such as LS & Co. and Zhejiang Zhongkong hold similar views. There’s no need to mention Honey’s products; they’re just average, far inferior to domestic ones.
Shanghai Xinhua was acquired by Chint, so I thought it must be Zhejiang Xinhua:D

I’ve only worked with the Yokogawa CS3000, Emerson DeltaV, and Zhejiang University’s Control Systems – all of them seem to be good quality. There’s one that starts with F and is of poor quality; it’s hard to comment on it here. We definitely will not use that company’s services. :lol
Have worked with Emerson DeltaV, domestic brands, and LS, followed by Yokogawa CS3000； Personally, I think the imported Emerson DeltaV is very powerful. Of course, most of my colleagues say that the Yokogawa CS3000 is extremely user-friendly and professional, while the Allen-Bradley system is easy to get started with.
There are also those who say Allen-Bradley is easy to get started with – number one! Here, except for me, everyone else thinks Allen-Bradley is extremely difficult to learn!
Regarding the four major systems mentioned by the original poster, Honeywell has a high market share; all the others are just niche players. Honey’s TPS and PKS work fine when they’re operating properly, but when problems arise, it’s you who will suffer! The thing is, even Honey’s own people can’t handle it!
