With the FB-XK3101 weighing instrument, when there is no material inflow or outflow, the readings of the secondary meter fluctuate significantly, and both the communication display and the analog signal display on the DCS also show considerable fluctuations. Could it be that there is a problem with the sensor? Should the sensor be calibrated?
The issue of large fluctuations must be resolved first; otherwise, calibration is meaningless. If there are significant fluctuations, check first for any interference. After eliminating such interference, verify whether the scale is in contact with anything around it. If that doesn’t work, replace the sensor.
