I’m seeking expert guidance on how to establish communication between the Hollyland DCS and PLCs. I have already achieved communication with a PLC once; how can I do the same with other PLCs? The communication card used for Hollyland systems is the SM020! ! ! ! ! !
Build on what already exists by adding more modules similar to READ/WRITE WORDS, and then set the address of the PLC as a Modbus slave within those modules. Additionally, the amount of data transmitted via SM020 is very limited; pay attention to the INPUT/OUTPUT limits. Increasing communication will lead to the initialization of the lower unit, which means stopping the machine on site; therefore, it must be done while the machine is stopped.
Is it necessary to shut down the plant when installing the Hilscher DCS? The SIS of Hollyland requires the machine to be stopped during installation. The DCS of Zhejiang University Zhongkong does not require shutdown during installation.
Hello, are you using Hollyland’s HIaguard on site? Does downloading the modified program also require stopping the vehicle? Could we add each other as friends to chat? I’d like to learn more about Hiaguard. My QQ number is 35480934. Thank you.
Explosion-proof touch screen, capable of direct communication with the vast majority of PLCs, and can be integrated with Profibus-DP/CAN buses
Sir, could you leave your contact information? Do I need to provide an updated address to add you again? ? ? ?
Which brand is the on-site PLC? Your project is in Heze, which is quite close to here; you can ask me to go to your site for debugging.
I’m currently in communication with Allen-Bradley and Honeywell :lol
Thank you all, it’s finally done:lol
Sis doesn’t need it either; I just want to upgrade the lower version online. It’s best to disconnect for now
