Since the storage tank cannot be emptied, it is now necessary to add a blowout level gauge. Can an additional blowout device and transmitter be installed on top of the existing pressure tap? It might affect the liquid level display; please help check and advise on the best way to handle this.
The flow rate of the gas blast must be \"adjusted\" in accordance with changes in process pressure (referring to the liquid level); the liquid level is a critical parameter for operation, and it is not something that is \"blown out\". The higher the liquid level, the greater the flow rate required for blowing. In general design, one blowing point is equipped with a backflow meter (or a flow-limiting orifice plate). As for the pressure measurement by the transmitter, it has nothing to do with the air supply volume; it can be increased by using parallel pressure transfer tubes.
