I’m reading the project specifications for an overseas project, and there is a requirement regarding transmitter valve assemblies: All valve manifolds shall be provided with an anti-tampered key. I’m not sure what this anti-tampered key means Urgently need help from experts!
I just checked; the Chinese translation is \"to handle the key without permission.\" But there are no pictures for detailed explanation.

It feels more like a wrench or a key, probably used to remove or operate the valve handle, for switching it on and off I guess. In the picture, there is an internal hex socket on the side; usually, a screw is used on the side of the valve handle to secure it
It seems that there’s a stop pin on each valve assembly; I’m wondering if this key is used to turn the stop pin. It’s just a guess; I hope someone who knows more can give me some advice.
It is a pin that prevents accidental operation; some companies call it a Lock Pin, and it serves the same purpose.

On a foreign project I worked on, interlock transmitters and three-valve assemblies were locked using locks to prevent accidental operations.
What kind of lock? Are there any pictures? Or a description would work too
