I heard that in 2017 a list of combustible gas detector suppliers that have obtained fire safety certification was released, but I’ve been unable to find it after searching for a long time; I’m reaching out to those with more experience here for help.
It is best to consult the local fire and safety supervision departments regarding the project site; each area has certain designated suppliers, otherwise acceptance will be difficult.
One should first inquire with the local fire department and safety authorities to see if there are any special requirements; if not, those with 3C certification will suffice.
Don’t listen to the nonsense from the 2F department. The safety, fire control, and environmental protection authorities these days dare to specify certain manufacturers; who would be stupid enough to accept payment by using such crude methods of specifying manufacturers? Any product that meets the **mandatory standard requirements is acceptable. But just because it meets the standards doesn’t mean it will pass the inspection…… It doesn’t matter which manufacturer’s product it is; it’s during the final inspection that you’ll have to pay the costs. Even the worst quality products can pass the inspection as long as they meet the requirements
To manufacture combustible gas detectors, a number of certifications are required: metrology, explosion protection, 3C, and fire safety. With complete certificates, the price will definitely be high. If possible, see which company is used in the same area and take some inspiration from them.
