Do imported measuring devices necessarily require CPA metrological certification?

As the title suggests, our company needs to purchase a batch of imported dust concentration detectors, one of which has CPA certification while the other does not. I’d like to know if the CPA certification is absolutely necessary?
Imported products come with OMIL certification from the International Organization of Legal Metrology
Our company’s dust meters have CPA certification
The only dust meter in the country to have CPA metrological certification for dust measurement: 13488680104
