Figure 1 shows the pressure reducing valve for returning oil from the oil pump outlet to the tank, while Figure 2 shows the pressure reducing valve for returning oil to the tank after circulation. Both of them have a pressure tap tube. What is the principle behind this? Are there any diagrams related to this? I checked the pressure tap tube and it wasn’t hot; the flow direction is toward the valve
