The alarm values in the ECS700 configuration file do not match those in the monitoring interface

Dear teachers, how can we resolve the discrepancy between the alarm values in the ECS700 configuration file and those on the monitoring screen? Alarms are triggered based on the values shown on the surveillance footage; all alarms in the configuration file consist of numbers like 95, 90, 10, 5. Now, for creating the alarm ledger, do they expect me to manually look up the alarm values for 1,200 instruments?
The upper-level monitoring alarm value is the actual alarm value; only after it is uploaded will the configuration file be updated
The reason for this problem is that the management permissions were not set properly; the operator’s permission to modify the alarm values on the monitoring screen should be restricted. After downloading the configuration and releasing it again, the alarm values on monitoring and in the configuration will be consistent.
