Dear teachers, how do I install the Pileus shaft displacement and shaft vibration instruments, and how do I calibrate them after installation?

The device in your picture is an amplifier; if it is to be used with a steam turbine, there should also be a secondary gauge in the control room. This appears to be a pulse signal, and you may need a device that can measure pulse signals. Instrument calibration is carried out on the secondary instruments. Displacement is easy to calibrate, as it’s possible to have the technicians push the rotor to the mechanical zero position and then use feeler gauges to adjust the other positions; however, vibration calibration is truly impossible unless one has a standard calibration bench
Generally, such a thing is called a preamplifier. For debugging, it’s a voltage signal, which can be adjusted using a multimeter.

Different voltage values for vibration and displacement; depending on the probe, it is 3.94 or 7.87 V, enabling direct measurement of current or voltage in an integrated manner
