I’m seeking advice from fellow users: for the JX300 control system, I’m trying to create a sequence control using SFC logic blocks. However, some of the parameters involved in this sequence control, such as the liquid level in tanks, the material level in furnaces, and certain pressure values, do not reach the set values. These are all real-value parameters. It turns out that forced setting of real-value parameters is not supported in this sequence control, but four-byte floating-point values (such as pressure differences) can be set forcibly. In the Central Control JX300 system, it is not possible to directly apply forced control in SFC sequential logic to analog values. But you can indirectly control analog quantities by creating variables and intermediate logic. Specifically, you can create a soft point to represent the actual analog value point, and then enforce this soft point within the SFC logic, using logic to transfer the value of the soft point to the actual analog value point. This allows for the effect of forcibly simulating analog values through SFC logic. .
