The weird guy in the PID diagram

Hello everyone. In a PID diagram, I saw this element and I’m not sure what it is. That’s why I came here to ask you all – what is this? ? 1 What is xx in the red circle in the figure below? I understand it should be a interlocked signal, with the ESDV valve interlocked with the equipment in the right-side building. 2 What is xx in the yellow circle? I understand it should be a controller from another location that serves as the signal source to control this valve. In my personal opinion, it depends on whether this symbol is drawn in a standard manner or not
It seems to be powered by gas cylinders; I’m not sure, just guessing: lol

As can be seen from the diagram, when the power supply to the ESDV valve is interrupted, the valve will close. The valve connected by the yellow circle has an initial letter of T; is it a temperature bulb-operated self-regulating valve?
I checked the information; there are forks on the line, and it’s indeed a capillary
I guess one is to control the opening degree of the valve based on the ambient temperature, and the other is to cut off power when the equipment temperature exceeds a certain limit.
