To all coal parks: A higher authority has decided that all coal parks in Quyang, Hebei must be shut down! All existing coal stocks must be transported out by November 20, 2018; those that have not been transported by that date will be forcibly removed by the relevant authorities! Furthermore, during the transportation of coal, environmental protection facilities must be used properly to reduce dust; those who violate this rule will be punished! It is hoped that all coal parks will carry out the necessary work to phase them out.
