We are planning to install a unit with a capacity of 2000 m3/h for producing carbon monoxide by adding oxygen and carbon dioxide to coke. If anyone has any relevant information on this, please send it to me. Thank you! Email: 348106596@qq.com
What you have here is fixed-bed gasification; search for information related to fixed-bed gasification
Carbon monoxide with a purity of over 98% can be obtained
To produce carbon monoxide with a purity of over 99.4%, what is the recovery rate for PSA?
We’ve just stopped the car; is it meaningful to use this device?
Is it because of environmental reasons that the vehicle is parked, or for some other reason?
Low production capacity, large land footprint, high consumption of water and coal slurry – the main goal is to reduce costs. Approximately 1.6 to 0.5 yuan/m3
Yes, coke + pure oxygen + carbon dioxide are fed into a fixed-bed gas generator to produce gas with a purity of 65–68%, which is then purified to yield pure CO with a purity of over 97%. Our company has two sets: one for producing gas from coke, and the other for producing gas from coal. The system for producing gas from coke has been phased out on site. 2,000 cubic meters, one furnace, plus a desulfurization unit and PSA – that’s enough.
Ours was designed by Saiding; later on, phosgene was used, with a purity level of over 99%. Based on your production experience, what is the approximate amount of product that can be recovered to meet this requirement? What is the operating cost per cubic meter of carbon monoxide?
