Who has a schematic diagram of the layout for gasification equipment? I’d like to see how the various devices should be arranged
The gasification furnace is fixed using intermediate supports; the lock hopper is also supported by intermediate supports plus upper lifting lugs, while the slag pool is placed directly on the ground
The answer above is correct: water-coal slurry, dry coal powder, and in the case of fixed-bed systems, the gasifier is usually placed on a frame
They are all fixed to a frame, and when installing or lifting them, pulling from bottom to top is used, with traction serving as the driving force.
