Does anyone have the operating procedures for the Jinhua furnace gasification system? I want to learn * a bit
Power generation from coking plant exhaust gases, energy savings in coking plant wastewater treatment
It’s basically the same as operating a Texaco furnace
The first-generation refractory bricks were replaced with second-generation water wall tubes; the third generation includes a directly connected radiant waste boiler that generates high-pressure steam as a by-product. In other aspects, it is almost identical to Texaco’s system.
What was the original name of the second generation? It was called Oxygen-graded Slag Gasification Technology; two oxygen supplies were added to the combustion chamber, but they were never used in actual operation
