Could any expert please explain in detail the differences between 1# lightened tar, 2# lightened tar, and naphtha? Thank you very much!
The designation varies among different sources; generally, 1# refers to naphtha, while 2# refers to diesel fractions.
:)Thank you! I’m new to this field and not very familiar with it. There are 1# and 2# products resulting from the hydrogenation of coal tar, but after doing some research on Baidu, I learned that naphtha is mainly a product obtained from the purification of light crude oil. Could some of the products resulting from the hydrogenation of coal tar also be called naphtha?
Are the products from petrochemical and coal chemical industries called the same?
