Successful one-time feeding and commissioning of Gasification Unit A at Yulin Coal Chemical Plant of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Company. Recently, Gasification Unit A in the gas production center was successfully overhauled, and its feeding and commissioning were completed successfully. To date, the system has been operating stably, with all process parameters remaining within normal ranges. To ensure the successful one-time feeding of Gasification Unit A, the gas production center arranged the personnel responsible for starting up the unit carefully and followed the predetermined plan strictly. First, each operating team raised the temperature of the gasification furnace and the shift converter in accordance with the planned temperature rise curve, thereby completing the furnace preheating process ； Secondly, organize personnel to carry out airtightness tests and water circulation under pressure, and carry out tasks such as removing and installing blind flanges serta adjusting valves, in order to avoid potential problems that may arise during startup in advance ； Third, each work section utilizes the water circulation time to complete the debugging of various equipment, thereby saving startup time ； Fourth, after the on-site installation has been successfully replaced, coal slurry circulation is initiated, and all preparations for feeding materials are carried out. At 15:35 on June 4, feeding was successfully completed in Gasification Furnace A at the Gas Production Center, enabling the smooth resumption of operation of both systems.
