The upper and lower water coolers of the semi-waste-oven gasifier are prone to air leakage, resulting in high temperatures on the support plates. Could anyone with experience give some advice?
Haiyou, first introduce the furnace type – is there an annular chamber for gas? Is it the support plate under the waste pot or that one?
Some have interlayer gas, some don’t. Air leakage in the upper water cooler
Is that the cross-air flow in the annular cavity of the combustion chamber’s water wall? How much air do you have in your vocal tract? How does the air in the annular cavity move?
Bogo? Based on the LB operation report, it seems that the blockage in the upper water cooler is responsible for an increased gas flow rate. The molten ash turns into glass-like fibers, which can be carried away by the gas currents and stick to the support plates. As a result, heat dissipation from these support plates is slow, leading to higher temperatures on the brick support trays. The support plate operates at excessive temperatures for extended periods, resulting in reduced strength and deformation; the refractory bricks at the tuyere area become loose, and air leakage occurs. There are many other problems with this furnace as well
