Blockage of the four-spinning legs in the MTO reaction

Guys, it seems that the material legs of our MTO reaction four-spinner are blocked; the density is extremely high, the temperature in the fine powder recovery tank is very low, and there’s a lot of water as well. What should we do?
This is a normal situation; there is a nitrogen line available for use, and a backflow will resolve the issue. V1105 should be emptied of its contents promptly, and hot nitrogen should be supplied in a timely manner. This problem usually occurs in winter, and it will be resolved once that period passes
This problem has occurred in many devices. During normal operation, pay close attention to the density of Si Xuan’s material legs; during inspections, check the temperature of these legs – if it is low, it means there is a blockage, and increasing the flow of nitrogen used for backwashing will resolve the issue. To counter low temperatures, insulating material can be applied to the outside of the fine powder tank, and the amount of nitrogen as well as its temperature in the nitrogen electric heater can be increased before it is fed into the fine powder tank. Alternatively, steam tracing can be applied to the parts of the tank with lower temperatures. Otherwise, at low temperatures the catalyst often gets mixed with sludge and is difficult to remove.
