Over the past five years, the company has focused on key objectives such as excellence and efficiency, striving for leadership and innovation, improving quality, strengthening foundations and enhancing efficiency, as well as raising the standards of management. By fulfilling its social responsibilities and contributing to societal development, it has demonstrated the role expected of a state-owned enterprise. It has laid a solid foundation for high-quality development through its core tasks and overall improvements, built up momentum for growth through technological advancements and quality enhancements, improved the efficiency of its management through better corporate governance and talent development, and enhanced the impact of Party leadership through deeper integration and cultural development. As a result, the company’s output, revenue, and total profits increased by 32.02%, 29.72%, and 116.14% respectively compared to the period during the 13th Five-Year Plan. In 2025, faced with unfavorable conditions such as rising raw material costs, a sharp drop in product prices, shrinking market demand, and an overall downturn in the chemical industry, Pu Jienenghua adhered to the \"Four Comprehensives\" guidelines set by Shaanxi Coal Group. It strengthened four key business philosophies, maintained a focus on improving management efficiency, and prioritized safety and environmental protection, as well as stable and high-level production along with cost reduction and efficiency improvement. By overcoming various challenges, the company delivered excellent results, exceeding its production and operation targets and thus successfully bringing the 14th Five-Year Plan to a successful conclusion. At the meeting, Ni Dapeng, the deputy general manager of Pu Jie Energy & Chemicals, delivered an administrative work report titled \"Creating New Advantages and Generating New Momentum to Strive for Building a First-Class Coal Chemicals Enterprise Brand for Pu Jie Energy & Chemicals.\" Deputy general managers Liu Heng and Qin Kexue presented reports on safety and environmental protection work respectively, as well as on trade union activities. A ceremony was also held to sign the target responsibility documents for 2026 as well as those related to safety and environmental protection management, and advanced teams and individuals were honored.
