This post was last edited by liaifeng on 2018-9-10 at 18:46. The catalyst in the V1105 fine powder tank of the recent unit is particularly difficult to remove; various steam purging and nitrogen back-purging methods don’t work, and the temperature just won’t rise. Is there any good solution?
I don’t know what the temperature of V1105 is; maybe there’s too much water in it, causing it to become muddy inside. It is best to supply V1105 with a certain amount of hot nitrogen gas under normal conditions. When draining the agent, first ensure that your drainage line is unobstructed; if it still doesn’t work, close the second valve of V1105 and open the backflow valve between the first and second valves, then try reversing the flow several times.
All of these methods have been tried; hot nitrogen gas was kept flowing continuously. In winter, it’s much easier to remove the catalyst compared to now. It seems that the catalyst has adhered to the walls of the container, with the temperature lower at the bottom than at the top; it appears that the catalyst at the bottom is affected when nitrogen gas is blown in reverse
