Company Overview: Yitai Group Co., Ltd. is the largest local coal enterprise in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, as well as the first company in China’s coal industry to go public. It was among the earliest enterprises to engage in coal-to-oil projects. In 2009, a 160,000-ton coal-to-oil project was established in cooperation with Sinopec. It is now regarded as the Huangpu Military Academy for coal-to-oil production, continuously training talent to supply personnel for the four newly planned coal-to-oil projects. Project Overview As of December 2017, Yitai Group had 4 million-ton indirect liquefied coal-to-oil projects under development. 2 million tons and 1.2 million tons of coal-to-oil production have been planned in Ordos Dali and Hangjin Banner in Inner Mongolia, while 1 million tons and 2 million tons have been planned in Yili and Ganquanbao in Urumqi, Xinjiang, for a total of 6.2 million tons.
