The desulfurization technology we have developed uses a fixed-bed reactor, with catalysts being employed to convert SO2 into dilute sulfuric acid. This technical solution has the following features: 1) Fixed-bed reaction, with no need to introduce media such as lime, alkaline solutions, or metal oxides. 2) It has a high removal efficiency, exceeding 95%, and shows a high selectivity for SO2; by adjusting the operating conditions, it is possible to ensure that the sulfur content in the exhaust gases is ≤50 mg/m3. 3) Small land footprint and low investment. 4) Low energy consumption, simple operation, and no secondary hazards. Process flow: 1) The exhaust gas is initially heated to 90°C before being fed into a bag filter; 2) After dust removal, it enters a desulfurization reactor for desulfurization, and then proceeds to the existing denitrification system for denitrification. Once pressurized, the exhaust gas is discharged in compliance with standards. The by-product sulfuric acid produced by this process has a concentration of 30%, the operation is simple, and the process conditions are mild. I don’t know which directions I can pursue now?
